An Indian woman living in Britain for education was killed, the police arrested two suspects involved in the incident.
According to Indian media reports, a 27-year-old woman named Kontham Tejaswani was found dead in her room in London.
It is being told that Kontham Tejaswani belonged to the historical city of Hyderabad in the Indian state of Telangana.
In a conversation with the Indian media, Tejaswani’s parents said that their daughter went to London three years ago for higher education. She had come to India for a month in August last year, while she was supposed to return for her wedding last month.
He said that he was told by his daughter that she would come back as soon as their partnership ended, while he had also resigned from his temporary job.
On the other hand, the London Metropolitan Police say that they have arrested two people, including a 23-year-old Brazilian citizen, Kevin de Morais, and another 23-year-old man, whose identity has not yet been identified.
Tejaswani’s cousin told the Indian media that a young man named De Morais had shifted to Tejaswani’s hostel a few days ago to stay with him.
It is being told that the said incident took place on Tuesday at 10 o’clock in the morning, another 28-year-old woman was also injured in this incident and was shifted to the hospital.
Detective Chief Inspector Linza Bardley of the Metropolitan Police’s Special Crime Branch thanked the public for their help in nabbing the suspect on his appeal.
