The petitioner requested that the court issue an order to the FIA to register a case against Hareem Shah and that he is receiving serious threats, the court should provide security.
The court declared the application inadmissible after the arguments were completed.
The court had remarked that in future, if the FIA receives a complaint of cognizable offence, to take legal action, the applicant should apply to the police for providing security.
