Senior actor Adnan Siddiqui has called the allocation of 3 billion rupees for the showbiz industry in the new year budget a big step.
Adnan Siddiqui took to microblogging website Twitter to express his happiness over the allocation of money for artistes’ health insurance and film finance fund for the first time in the new budget.
He wrote in his tweet that he is happy to hear that for the first time in Pakistan, funds have been allocated for film finance fund and health insurance for artists.
Adnan Siddiqui has also said that this is a big step towards supporting our film industry and the welfare of artists.
It should be clear that 2 billion rupees for film finance fund in budget 2023-24 And 1 billion rupees have been allocated for the health insurance of artists.
