Switzerland: Chat GPT, an increasingly popular AI app, has been assisted in designing a robot arm for the first time, which is also a major development.
For the first time, experts at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Leuzin (EPFL) in Switzerland have used artificial intelligence to help build a tool or robot, which reveals its usefulness. However, with the help of ChatGPT, text, languages and other data are managed under neural networks in the form of large models. But by structuring them into Large Language Models (LLMs), we have obtained wonderful examples of art, writing, and research. But it has been tried for the first time for hardware.
The research is published in Nature Machine Intelligence. Experts at EPFL’s Computational Robot Lab have developed a tomato picking system. In the first phase, he explained the robot’s objectives to ChatGPT3, gave its details and added ideas. In the second phase, the LLM was coded, assisted in fabrication, and debugged.
But in this process experts continuously added their knowledge. Then came the perfect tomato-picking and smashing robot arm.
