Late Indian singer Lata Mangeshkar has been revealed to have been poisoned once.
It has been revealed in the Indian media report that after the death of Lata Mangeshkar, many secrets of her life were revealed, one of which is that there was an attempt to kill her by poisoning her once in her life.
This revelation was made by Indian writer Nasreen Muni Kabir in her book ‘Lata Mangeshkar in Her Own Voice’ while mentioning a meeting with Bulbul-e-Hindostan.
The late singer told Nasreen Muni Kabir that once in 1962 she fell very ill and could not even sing for 3 months.
He said that one morning when I woke up, I had a severe pain in my stomach and vomited green color, after which the doctor was called at home and it was found that I had been poisoned.
He further said that my sister Usha Mangeshkar suspected that a domestic servant or cook might be involved in this work, so she took the responsibility of cooking my food and asked the servants to stay away from me.
Lata Mangeshkar said that after this incident, a servant of my house ran away without telling me and without taking salary as if someone had sent him to poison me as part of a plan, but who was the poisoner and who did it? had sent, the truth could not come out in this regard.
She said that after the incident I was very ill for 3 months but after recovery I started singing again and recorded many popular songs.
It should be remembered that the late Indian singer Lata Mangeshkar died on February 6, 2020 at the age of 92 after a long illness.
