Islamabad: A lecturer was recommended to be banned for adding obscenity to a Comsetes University paper.
The report of the inquiry committee set up by the Ministry of Science and Technology into the inclusion of an unethical question in a paper in the Comcasts University examination has been completed, recommending the suspension of the lecturer.

The report of the committee said that the former lecturer Khair al-Bashar could not be met, nor contacted. The inquiry committee also recommended filing an FIR against the visiting faculty member and handing over the case to the investigation agency.
The report states that only through investigation can the actual facts be ascertained from the visiting faculty member. The committee recommended banning the lecturer by the HEC and suggested regulating the quiz. According to the inquiry committee report, quizzes should not be left entirely to the discretion of the teacher. The committee has also recommended inclusion of Cycologist in interview panel for recruitment of visiting faculty.
