Washington: A YouTuber who deliberately crashed a plane for Vives was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
According to foreign media, a video made by American pilot and YouTuber Trevor Jacob in California in 2021 went viral on social media in which he was seen jumping from a plane wearing a parachute.
After an investigation, it was revealed that the small plane’s engine had not failed, but Trevor Jacob had deliberately crashed the plane to get more views and at the time gave the impression that the plane had crashed by accident. After the investigation, Trevor Jacob’s license to fly the plane was also revoked. Trevor’s video was viewed by more than 3 million people shortly after it was uploaded.

According to the statement released by the American prosecutor, Jacob Trevor has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for intentionally destroying the plane. Trevor admitted to destroying the plane during the investigation.
