Sushmita Sen’s former sister-in-law has said that when the actress had a heart attack, she called the doctor herself before calling her family.
Charu Asupa was the wife of Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen, but they are now separated.
During an interview, Charu said that no one in the family knew about it because I felt they had not told anyone.
He said that when Sushmita suffered a heart attack, she was busy shooting for her project in Jaipur, and before telling anyone, she called the doctor herself.
Charu said that when he came to know about this, he called his mother-in-law and inquired about Sushmita’s health, to which the mother-in-law said that she is much better now.
The former sister-in-law described Sushmita as a fighter and said that she is a brave woman and the entire family is proud of her.
He further said that whatever the problem, Sushmita fights it and my daughter has the same abilities as her paternal grandmother. As strong as Sushmita is, I find my daughter Zayana to be strong.
