Badi Nazaar has an organized gang active in Islamabad, Islamabad High Court
The Islamabad High Court expressed the fear of using the uniforms of the security agencies and ordered to register a case against those using the uniforms.
The High Court said that there is an organized gang active in Badi Nazaar in Islamabad, the gang is involved in criminal activities by wearing the uniforms of security agencies.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued a written order for the hearing on the recovery petition of Shahzad Akbar’s brother Murad Akbar, in which it was asked to file a separate case against the forgers and submit a copy to the court.
The order said that the court was informed that an FIR has been registered for the disappearance of Murad Akbar, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs and DIG Operations said Rangers, CTD, Police did not pick up Murad Akbar. It is the responsibility of law enforcement agencies to deal with such activities.
Islamabad High Court said that the protection of life and property of citizens is the responsibility of the state, Interior Secretary, DG Rangers, IG Islamabad to appear in person on Monday.
