Lahore: Pakistan People’s Party has once again supported the talks and said that talks are the only solution to the problems and said that no one is in favor of minusing.
Speaking to the media outside Bilawal House in Lahore, PP senior leader and former prime minister Senator Yusuf Raza Gilani said that in the previous negotiations, Tehreek-e-Insaf had also made a mistake by dissolving the assemblies and held elections on May 14. Obstinacy is also a mistake.
He said that the attack on military properties is like an attack on the country, the military wings of political parties should be abolished.
Former Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said that many more people are in contact and will decide to join after seeing their background. Yusuf Raza Gilani said that the People’s Party is not in favor of minusing anyone and is in favor of negotiations.

He further said that PPP’s stand regarding the election is that whatever happens should be according to the constitution. People’s Party is a democratic party, CEC meeting and allies will take decision through mutual consultation.
On the other hand, Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal advised everyone to unite and said that no one alone can get the country out of the current situation, because of our unity, the solution will come out. He said that CPEC was a catch which we dropped.
