Islamabad: The High Court gave two days time to DIG Operations to recover Shahzad Akbar’s brother.
A hearing was held on the petition filed for the recovery of the brother of the former adviser on accountability Shahzad Akbar. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of Islamabad High Court conducted the hearing.
DIG Operations Shehzad Bukhari appeared in the court on the court order while lawyer petitioner Qasim Wadud appeared in the court.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that there is two days time to present Murad Akbar.
The court ordered the police to produce Murad Akbar in two days and adjourned the hearing till June 2.
