Lahore: A case of terrorism has been registered against Shabir Gujjar, former member of the Provincial Assembly of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
According to the police, 12 provisions including terrorism have been imposed in the case filed against the PTI leader. According to the FIR of the case, former MPA Shabbir Gujjar and Khalid Gujjar used modern weapons including Kalashnikovs on the policemen during the police raid. The associates of the two leaders started pelting stones and vandalizing the official vehicle.
The FIR stated that the policemen were taken hostage inside the camp, Khalid Gujjar, Shabbir Gujjar and Adil Gujjar opened fire indiscriminately on Raiwand Road. More personnel were called and 7 persons were arrested, from whom Kalashnikovs and bullets were seized.
The police have registered a case and started the process to arrest the main accused.
