Zaira Waseem, who said goodbye to Bollywood in 2019 for the sake of Islam, has come forward in support of a woman who eats while wearing a niqab at a wedding.
On micro-blogging website Twitter, a user shared a photo of a woman wearing a niqab eating food at a wedding and asked, ‘Is this a human choice?’
Zaira Waseem replied to this user and wrote that I recently attended a wedding and ate the same food purely on my own accord.
He further wrote that even everyone around me kept harassing me to remove my niqab but I refused to remove it.
It should be noted that 22-year-old Zaira Wasim had played some very attractive and influential roles before saying goodbye to Bollywood.
In 2016, she made her debut with Mr. Perfect Aamir Khan’s film ‘Dangal’, then in 2017 she again appeared with Aamir Khan in the film ‘Secret Superstar’.
Both the films helped Zaira Wasim become an important part of the Indian film industry.
Not only this, but before leaving the Bollywood industry, he also worked in the film ‘Sky Is Pink’ with world famous Indian actress Priyanka Chopra.
