Karachi: The Sindh High Court ordered the investigation officer to carry out further investigation and submit a report on the request related to the recovery of the brothers Talha Ahmed and Muaz Ahmed, who have been missing for 9 years.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Nimatullah Falphato heard the petition related to the recovery of Talha Ahmed and Muaz Ahmed, who have been missing for 9 years.
The mother got upset and said that it has been 9 years, how long will the investigation take place? The public prosecutor stated that 32 JITs have been conducted so far.

SSP Investigation said that both his sons belonged to banned organisations. After the boys disappeared, there were also calls from Afghanistan. The mother was told earlier to control the children. We are trying our best, progress will be made soon.
Justice Nimatullah Phalphotu remarked that those whose children go missing will have trouble. It is the responsibility of the state to recover missing citizens from Afghanistan or anywhere else.
The DIG also submitted the report to the court and said that both brothers are not in KP detention centers. The court ordered the investigating officer to conduct further investigation and submit a report.
