The said protestors were sitting on dharna since April 23 last month.
The police action against the protesters started when Prime Minister Narendra Modi was inaugurating the new Parliament building two kilometers away.
Section 144 was also imposed with extraordinary security arrangements by the police, but when the wrestlers tried to move forward and cross the security barriers, the police used force to detain them and put them in buses. Done.
It should be noted that women wrestlers are sitting on a dharna at the Jantar Mantar in the Indian capital of New Delhi. They have alleged that Wrestlers Federation of India chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh sexually harassed at least 7 wrestlers, including a minor girl.
On the other hand, Brij Bhushan has denied these allegations, but these allegations are serious and the protesting wrestlers include Olympic medalists Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia and Commonwealth and Asian Games gold medalists Vinesh Phogat who were arrested by the police.
