Sheikh Rasheed approached the court to stop his transfer from Islamabad to Karachi

Islamabad: Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has approached the court to stop his transfer from Islamabad to Karachi.

Sheikh Rasheed has filed an application in the Islamabad High Court to stop his extradition to the police in connection with the cases registered in Karachi and Murree. In the petition filed through the mediation of lawyer Sardar Abdul Razzaq Khan, it is said that Imran accused Asif Zardari of murder which I have referred to, the plaintiff in the cases against me is not the victim.

In the petition, it has been requested that more cases should be prevented from being registered on the basis of political rhetoric and the cases of Abpara, Murree and Karachi should be declared illegal and nullified. be declared or transferred to Islamabad. The court should issue an order to stop the transfer to Karachi until the final decision of the case.

In the petition filed by Sheikh Rasheed in the High Court, IGs of Islamabad, Sindh and Punjab, Interior Secretary have been made parties.
