The court issued notices to the Local Secretary and DGSBCA
Karachi: The Sindh High Court has ordered to immediately stop illegal constructions in Admin Employees Housing Society Block 5.
A case related to illegal construction in Admin Employees Housing Society Block 5 was heard in the High Court.
The petitioner’s lawyer stated that illegal constructions are being done in Karachi Admin Employees Housing Society Block 5. Builder is doing construction without obtaining permission. A complaint was made to SBCA in this regard but no action was taken. Illegal construction in Plot No. B 172 Block 5 by the builder should be stopped.
The court remarked that if the construction is illegal, it should be stopped immediately.
The High Court issued notices to the Secretary Local Government and DGSBCA to immediately stop the illegal constructions.
