Prime Minister congratulates the newly elected officials of CPNE

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated the newly elected officials of Council of Pakistan Newspapers Editors (CPNE).

The Prime Minister has heartily congratulated Irshad Arif as President, Anwar Sajdi as Senior Vice President and Ijazul Haq as Secretary General of CPNE and expressed his best wishes for all the newly elected officials.

He said that ‘CPNE’ is a beautiful bouquet of prominent names of writers and journalism. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that your selection is a manifestation of the confidence of your colleagues in CPNE.

The Prime Minister said that the government will provide full support in the endeavors of ‘CPNE’ journalism and the welfare and improvement of journalists, praying for the newly elected officials to be leaders in their responsibilities and for their community. Live up to the trust.
