The Indian Investigation Agency approached the High Court to get the death penalty for Yasin Malik.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian investigation agency has the nefarious intention of getting the death penalty for Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik.
The All-Party Hurriyat Conference condemned the action of the Indian Investigation Agency and said that the Modi government is targeting the detained Hurriyat leaders for political revenge.
The statement of the Hurriyat Conference said that the occupying forces have a free license to kill, arrest and torture innocent Kashmiris.
The Hurriyat Conference said that India has failed to break the spirit of the detained Hurriyat leaders despite the worst oppression.
The conference said that the Hurriyat leaders imprisoned in Indian jails are standing like a rock on the right-based stand.
The Hurriyat Conference appealed to the United Nations and the international community to put pressure on India to release the detained Hurriyat leaders.
The conference further said that Yasin Malik is serving life imprisonment in the notorious Tihar Jail of New Delhi in a false case.
