RIYADH: Rain is expected in most parts of Saudi Arabia until Tuesday, after which an alert has been issued, with the risk of flooding, hailstorms and dusty winds.
According to Urdu News, the Saudi Department of Civil Defense says that there is a possibility of rain with thunder in most areas of the kingdom till Tuesday, local citizens and resident foreigners should take precautionary measures.
The Department of Civil Defense says that the Makkah region may receive moderate to heavy rains, there are risks of flooding, hailstorms and dusty winds.
The statement said that 8 commissionerates of Makkah region will be affected by rain.
The Department of Civil Defense says that there is a possibility of rain in Asir, Baha, Jazan, Tabuk, Al-Jawf and Northern Border regions.
Dusty strong winds and moderate rain are expected in Riyadh region, 23 places of Riyadh region will be affected by dusty winds.
The Department of Civil Defense asked citizens and foreigners to stay in safe places during the rains, avoid flood centers, valleys and low-lying areas filled with water while monitoring the information provided by social media for the latest situation. Keep an eye out.
