Lahore: The sweeper of Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s house was ready to give cash for Imran Khan’s bail bond, but the court refused to approve it.
Jinnah House attack case, Askari Tower attack case was heard against Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court, in which the court did not approve the bail bond of Imran Khan. Imran Khan’s bailiff, his sweeper Shiroz, appeared in front of Anti-Terrorism Court judge Ejaz Ahmad Butar and said that he is ready to give cash to the bail bondsmen called by the court.
The court inquired what do you do?, to which Shiroz, the bailee, replied that I am a sweeper in Imran Khan’s house. The court had ordered to submit a surety bond of lakhs of rupees in 3 cases. The judge said, “How can I approve this commission? If Imran Khan does not come tomorrow, you will be responsible.” Sweeper Shiroz remained silent on the question of guarantee liability.
Later, the court did not approve Imran Khan’s bail bond for not taking the responsibility of the surety.
It should be noted that Imran Khan’s bail sweeper came to submit the bail bonds in the case registered in case number 23/1271 Gulberg, 96/23 Sarwar Road and 768/23 police station Shadman.
