How did the mobile phone save ten people from dying?

California: 50 years ago today, the first call on a mobile phone was made between two companies that developed this technology, at that time no one could have imagined that the same mobile phone would play an important role in saving people’s lives.

With the passage of time, there have been amazing modifications in this technology and thanks to the high speed of the internet, preparations are being made to introduce 6G networks after 5G.

A foreign news agency According to the report Apple’s iPhone 14 series introduced the feature of sending emergency SOS messages via satellite for the first time.

This feature is very important for the safety of people and its main purpose is to save human lives. This feature makes it possible to send text messages without a cellular signal or Wi-Fi.

Now this feature has once again helped save a life but this time an entire group of ten youths has been saved.

The report states that a group of young people hiking in the US state of Southern California lost their way to their destination.

The group of 10 was hiking in a wetland in the Los Padres National Forest when the youth lost their way and wandered for 3 hours.

Ventura County Deputy Sheriff Mackenzie Spears said most hikers are not properly prepared for their hikes and become disoriented in difficult conditions.

He said that most people use t-shirts and shorts instead of clothing required for hiking even though the route is quite difficult.

Luckily, one person in the lost group had the emergency SOS feature enabled on his iPhone and called for help at 8pm.

Through this feature, people can also share their possible location and situation details with the aid workers.

After a call for help, the rescue team located the group of youths after a 3-hour search and brought them back safely.

According to the rescue team, this is the largest group ever rescued in such conditions and none of the youths required medical attention.
