The Spokesperson of the Cattle Market Yavar Raza Chawla said that the arrival of traders in the Cattle Market is continuing and all the computerized records of the traders coming to the Cattle Market are being kept in which all the details of the traders are recorded with the help of “bar code”. He said that for security, a heavy contingent of Rangers and police have been deployed at the entrances of the cattle market as well as adjacent roads including the Main Northern Bypass while patrolling is also being increased unusually. Patrolling of police and rangers has been ensured in 3 km areas.
In response to a question, he said that fool-proof security measures are being ensured at all levels in the cattle market so that traders and buyers do not face any kind of difficulty or trouble while the security situation in the cattle market is deteriorating. Unjustified rumors are being spread in which there is no truth.
Yawar Raza Chawla said that the entrance fee for cows, bullocks and camels is 4000 thousand rupees while the fee for goats, goats and sheep is 2000 rupees in the marshalling charges in the cattle market. 4500, 16 to 8 wheeler truck fee 2500 while 4 to 6 wheeler truck fee 2000 rupees.
The spokesman said that the price of the VIP plot whose size is 30×120 has been allocated in the cattle market year 2023 is Rs. The price of a 220 liter drum has been fixed at Rs 3000.
