Noted Delhi-based nutritionist Namami Aggarwal suggests that some summer fruits, apart from having a wonderful taste, are also packed with healing properties and can be especially beneficial for joint pain.
Although we can now eat many fruits out of season thanks to cold storage and technology, eating these summer fruits fresh can bring amazing benefits.
Namami Agarwal says that eating falsa, black jamun and cherries in particular can reduce joint pain. This is the reason for their usefulness.

We know that joint pain originates from internal inflammation. Scientific research has proven that cherries contain extraordinary antioxidants and flavonols. This is why they can play an important role in reducing arthritis and joint pain.
