Karachi: When the family members tried to catch the two robbers who entered the house with the intention of robbery in Orangi Town. One of the bandits shot and the other bandit was injured and caught while the other bandit escaped.
According to Express News, 2 bandits entered the house with the intention of robbery near Orangi Town Sector 14F Lubik Shadi Hall area of Pakistan Bazar police station and the family members tried to catch the bandits. One of the robbers opened fire, injuring his accomplice with a bullet in the head, who was caught by the family members while his accomplice escaped.
On receiving the information, the police arrived, the arrested robber was shifted to Abbasi Hospital, he was identified as Ashiq Ould Abdul Latif.
According to SHO Sohail Khaskheli, a pistol and stolen motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the robber. The arrested robber is a resident of Sukkur and cases are registered against him in different police stations of the city. Efforts are being made to arrest the accomplice of
Two robbers injured in encounter near Super Highway Al Habib Restaurant
In another incident, two robbers were arrested in an injured condition in an exchange of fire between the police and the robbers near Super Highway Al Habib Restaurant in Site Super Highway area. The injured bandits were immediately shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
According to SSP Zubair Nazir Shaikh, the injured robbers have been identified as Anwar Khan and Sardar Yusuf and weapons, mobile phones, cash and a stolen motorcycle have been recovered from their possession.
The arrested robbers are involved in several incidents of street crime and robbery, further criminal records of the arrested accused are also being checked.
