A commission of inquiry should be constituted to conduct its impartial investigation and submit a report to the Secretary General of the United Nations. The international community should play its role to give the Kashmiri people their right to self-determination and stop the violation of human rights in Occupied Kashmir.

He said that since August 5, 2019, India has started violating human rights on a large scale in Occupied Kashmir and the demography and constituencies of Occupied Kashmir are being changed to make India’s population ratio in its favor. wants, by which he wants to end the Kashmir issue and usurp Occupied Kashmir.

Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said that the international community should urge India to stop the ongoing atrocities in Occupied Kashmir, and the international community should take notice of the violation of human rights in Occupied Kashmir.
