After Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan refused for the third sequel of the action-packed series ‘Don’ i.e. Don 3, he was replaced by actor Ranveer Singh.
According to Indian media reports, recently producer Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed the completion of the script of Don 3, since then there are reports that Shah Rukh Khan will not be seen as Don in Don 3.
However, Indian media claims that instead of Shah Rukh Khan in Don 3, actor Ranveer Singh has been cast in the film for the lead role of the iconic ‘Don’.
It should be noted that the film ‘Don’ was directed by actor and filmmaker Farhan Akhtar and it turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office.
Released in 2006, the film was a remake of the 1978 film Don, starring Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal, Esha Kapoor, Boman Iran, Pawan Malhotra, Rajesh Khattar and Om Puri.
After the grand success of ‘Don’, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani teamed up to make ‘Don 2’ which was a success at the box office.
After the blockbuster ‘Pathan’, Shahrukh Khan will be seen in his next film ‘Jawan’ which will be released on September 7 this year.
