Europe has provided about 62,000 weapons to Ukraine last month to improve its resistance against Russia. This batch of weapons includes more than 20,000 weapons compared to the first installment.
According to the sources, these weapons have been provided under the Ammo track 1 policy, under which European member states are supplying weapons requested by Ukraine from their existing stocks.
In this regard, Ukraine’s total requirement is 1 million pieces, mostly ammunition.
European media claims that the member states have demanded a payment of 650 million euros from Brussels.
