Sindh Assembly Member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Ali Shah left the party. He also announced his resignation from the membership of the Sindh Assembly.

He says that this step was taken by PTI in protest against the events of May 9.

Imran Ali Shah is member of Sindh Assembly of Tehreek-e-Insaf from PS-129.

While addressing a press conference in Karachi, the PTI leader said that I am resigning from Tehreek-e-Insaaf as an MPA.

Imran Ali Shah said that there was a lot of pain and regret over the events of May 9, the destruction of the memorial ship in Mianwali.

He said that I did not come into politics to go on the streets and do mischief.

Imran Ali Shah said that after the events of May 9, I could not sleep for three to four days, I was in a lot of pain, I am resigning from Tehreek-e-Insaf as an MPA.

He said that I was not talking in any group of PTI, I was reviewing, after 9 days Zamir did not wake up, I was seeing what people thought.

Imran Ali Shah said that what will happen if you kill the keeper of your house? My father Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah has services, brother was MPA twice.

He said that I am not afraid of anyone, nor can anyone dictate to me, I am resigning from the Sindh Assembly, I am not a part of Tehreek-e-Insaaf as an MPA.

Imran Ali Shah further said that it is not my job to talk about banning any party, my profession was damaged by becoming an assembly member, I joined PTI for my conscience.

He said that I definitely received the message of ‘go and protest’, the message of ‘burn and surround’ did not come.

Dr. Imran Ali Shah said that I am now going back to my normal and professional life, tomorrow I will submit my resignation as PTI Member of Assembly, it is too early to say whether I will join any political party in future. .
