Lahore: PTI leader Ibad Farooq announced to stand by Imran Khan contrary to his video message.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and ticket holder from PP 149 Ibad Farooq along with other activists were produced in the Special Anti-Terrorism Court, where Ibad Farooq, while giving a statement from a police car, announced to stand by Imran Khan.
Ibad Farooq said that my morale is higher than before. Will always stand with Imran Khan. He said that I was arrested at the airport and then kept at different places.
Earlier, Ibad Farooq’s video statement came out, in which he held PTI leaders Yasmin Rashid and Mahmood ul Rashid responsible for the attack on the Corps Commander House (Jinah House).
In his video statement, PTI leader and ticket holder from constituency PP 149 of Lahore Ibad Farooq said that I am also returning the ticket of Tehreek-e-Insaaf. He said in the statement that Dr. Yasmin Rashid and Mian Mahmood-ul-Rashid and other leaderships called and summoned Liberty Market and told them to go to the Corps Commander’s House and set fire to it.
He said that what happened in the Corps Commander House was not good. I return PTI ticket. He had further said in the video statement that I will participate in the elections as an independent from this constituency.
