Peshawar: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that for a better Pakistan, the federation, provinces and political parties should unite against terrorism.
Apex Committee meeting was held in Governor House Peshawar under the chairmanship of Prime Minister on Police Lines suicide blast, in which army chief, chief ministers of four provinces and Gilgit-Baltistan, federal ministers and national political leaders participated in the meeting. I did not have any representative from Tehreek-e-Insaf.
While thanking the participants, the Prime Minister said that the purpose of calling the meeting is to express sympathy with the families of the victims of the Peshawar blast on January 30. He said that the attacker of the Peshawar blast entered the mosque after passing through the check post. The entire nation is shocked by the Peshawar blast. The nation is asking how this incident happened after the end of terrorism.
Shahbaz Sharif said that he condemns the unnecessary criticism and allegations after the Peshawar incident. The accusations and criticism were not appropriate after the Peshawar incident. Actions to deal with terrorism are the need of the hour. The nation is thinking about how to deal with the scourge of terrorism. It was inappropriate to say that the Peshawar incident was caused by a drone attack.
He said that the government will use all resources against terrorism. Confront the federation, provinces, political parties and all the combined enemies. The need of the hour is that the federation and the provinces take ownership of it together. The Peshawar incident should be investigated to find out where the weakness was. We must avoid criticism for criticism’s sake.

The Prime Minister said that after the terrorist incident, there is always criticism that the federal government is not supporting. 417 billion rupees have been given to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government since 2010. They will not rest until the end of terrorism. Not criticizing anyone, today we have to speak the truth. Our question is that where are those 417 billion rupees given to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government?
He said that if there is a martyr in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it is a Pakistani passport. Despite the challenges, they will try to control terrorism. We have to forget our differences and unite the nation together. We should put all differences aside. Terrorists have neither religion nor faith. The four provinces are the main units of the country.

We have to forget our differences and unite the nation together and move forward.
