Due to ongoing political tension in the country, singers associated with Pakistan music industry, Asim Azhar and Abdul Hanan, have postponed the release of their songs.
On the photo and video sharing platform Instagram, singer Asim Azhar shared the story and wrote that ‘I know you all are waiting for the release of my new song but what is happening in my country (Pakistan), until the situation. Normal Nahi Ajate I don’t think this is the right time to release or promote the song’.
He further wrote that as artists ‘we just want to promote love and tolerance and pray for everyone including Pakistan, I promise your wait will not be in vain’.
On the other hand, singer Abdul Hanan has also postponed the release of his new song ‘Aankhon Aain Mein’ in view of the current situation in the country.
Remember that Abdul Hanan was very excited about his new song, he too like singer Asim Azhar was going to release his new song on May 12.
Sharing the Insta story, the singer wrote, ‘The release of the song has been postponed due to recent events, my heart is sad for the country and my people, hope better times will come’.
