Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced his victory in the general elections.
According to Turkish media, the counting of votes in Turkey’s presidential election has been completed, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is leading with 49.49 percent of the votes, while the opposition leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has come second with 44.79 percent of the votes.
Turkish media say that the turnout of votes in the presidential and parliamentary elections has been more than 88 percent.
