China’s Eurasian Affairs Ambassador Li Hui will visit Ukraine, Poland, France, Germany and Russia from May 15. Lee Hui has also been ambassador to Russia.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China has said in the press conference that the purpose of this visit is to discuss the political settlement of the Ukrainian crisis with all parties.
He said that the visit of the Chinese representative shows China’s determination to promote peace. It fully shows that China stands firmly with peace.
Last month, Chinese President Xi Jinping also spoke to Ukrainian President Zelensky on the phone.
