Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, while talking about the resolution presented in the provincial assembly condemning the violence and attacks, said that “PTI leaders should present a resolution of high treason against their own leader Imran Khan like MQ. MK legislators did against Altaf Hussain.”
Presenting a resolution condemning the attacks and violent incidents of PTI workers after the arrest of Imran Khan in the Sindh Assembly, he said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will file a constitutional complaint against the party chief Imran Khan. Present the resolution of high treason under Article 6 in the Sindh Assembly.
He assured the House that all the accused involved in the violent incidents in Karachi will be arrested, we have obtained the footage and other evidence. He emphasized that not a single person involved in the attacks will be spared.
He declined to divulge the government’s strategy and further details, but said the government has asked the police and law enforcement agencies to launch a crackdown on the party.
