Indian writer, columnist, interior designer, film producer and former actress Twinkle Khanna has said that her first job was delivering fish and prawns.
Twinkle, daughter of yesteryear actor Rajesh Khanna and actress Dimple Kapadia, said that the company she used to work for was her grandmother’s sister’s company and Twinkle used to help her in this work.
Twinkle says that Nani’s name was Michhiwali. “It was my first job,” she said while talking to actor Johnny Lever at Tweak India.
Twinkle then asked the host Juni Lever what was his first job and Juni Lever said that he used to sell pans on the streets and impersonate actors, selling pans earned him good income.
I have worked all my life, I was an interior decorator’s assistant before Nani’s company, while also preparing for my CA entrance, said Twinkle.
Twinkle’s Bollywood career started in 1995 with the film ‘Barsaat’ starring Bobby Deol. In 2001, she quit acting and married Akshay Kumar, while the same year she became a writer.
