The Sindh High Court adjourned the hearing till August 15 on the petition filed by actress Mehwish Hayat and Kabra Khan against Major (retd) Adeel Farooq Raja.
A hearing was held in the Sindh High Court on the petition filed by actress Mehwish Hayat and Rabia Iqbal alias Kabra Khan against V Logger Major (Rtd) Adil Farooq Raja.
During the hearing, the investigating officer did not appear, on which the court expressed its displeasure.
The actress’s lawyer, Advocate Khawaja Naveed, submitted that apart from paperwork, no action has been taken so far, objectionable pictures and material are still on the internet.
The court adjourned the hearing till August 15 while seeking a report from the Deputy Director FIA on the next hearing.
