International magazine Bloomberg has contacted the spokesperson of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the issue of debt to Pakistan.
In this regard, the IMF says that they want assurance from Pakistan on policy matters, Pakistan has assured not to give petrol subsidy.
According to the IMF, talks with Pakistan on the debt issue are ongoing, and there is no indication of a deadlock in the talks from Pakistan.
On this occasion, the International Monetary Fund refrained from commenting on the arrest of Imran Khan.
It should be noted that this week, the report of the international journal Bloomberg said that Pakistan could default without an IMF bailout.
