Mumbai: Famous Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee shared a few things about his daily routine and eating habits in a recent TV interview.
According to Indian media reports, Manoj Bajpayee revealed that he has completely given up his dinner and this decision was inspired by his grandfather. The actor said that he has been following this routine for many years and has seen its benefits in terms of his overall health and fitness.
When Manoj Bajpayee was asked how long it had been since he skipped dinner, he replied that it had been 13 to 14 years. He said that my grandfather was very thin and always very fit so I thought of following his eating habits. Then when I started following it, my weight started to drop rapidly.
He said that after adopting this routine, I started feeling very energetic and healthy. That’s when I decided I was going to stick with it. After lunch our kitchen remains ‘idle’. There is a ruckus in the kitchen when our daughter comes back from the hostel.
Manoj Bajpai said that initially it was difficult to skip dinner and stick to it. To cope with their hunger, they ate water and healthy biscuits. This lifestyle has many benefits such as reducing the risk of diseases like diabetes, cholesterol and heart disease.
