Peshawar/Lahore: The leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to protest on a daily basis against the arrest of Imran Khan.
According to Express News, the leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to protest against the arrest of Chairman PTI Imran Khan on a daily basis, while the workers have been instructed to keep the protest peaceful.

A meeting of the senior leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaaf was held, in which daily protest against the arrest of Imran Khan has been announced.
Provincial President Pervaiz Khattak has said in a message to the workers that our protest should be kept peaceful for the release of Imran Khan and should be protested at the level of every union council, village council and neighborhood council.

Earlier, PTI Chairman Imran Khan filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting that the decision of the Islamabad High Court upholding the arrest be annulled.
It should be noted that on Tuesday, May 9, NAB arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir University case with the help of Rangers. Leaders and workers were also arrested.

Apart from this, on the approval of the federal cabinet and the order of the interior ministry, the army has taken over the responsibilities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, while troops have been called in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
