Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan has been indicted in the Tosha Khana case.
Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar heard the Tosha Khana case after the Guest House in Police Lines Islamabad was granted court status today, in which Chairman PTI Imran Khan was presented.

The District and Sessions Court had fixed today’s date for the indictment proceedings against Imran Khan and had summoned Imran Khan in his personal capacity. During the hearing, the court rejected Imran Khan’s request to postpone the indictment.
Imran Khan and lawyers boycotted the indictment proceedings in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, however, the court indicted Imran Khan.

After the court verdict, Imran Khan’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat expressed his lack of confidence on Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar and said that the court was told that the order of the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case was challenged. It should be noted that on the previous hearing, the local court of Islamabad declared the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings against PTI Chairman Imran Khan as admissible and decided to charge on May 10.
