Lahore: All public and private educational institutions across Punjab will remain closed on May 11 and 12 in view of the political situation after the arrest of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

In this regard, the notification issued by the Ministry of Education said that public and private educational institutions will remain closed on May 11 and 12.

It should be noted that after the arrest of Imran Khan, nationwide protests are continuing, while in Punjab, the Pakistan Army has been called to improve the law and order situation in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while the army has taken over the responsibilities in Rawalpindi.

This decision has been taken due to the deteriorating law and order situation in Punjab.
