Peshawar: PTI workers attacked the building of Radio Pakistan Peshawar.
Director General Radio Pakistan Tahir Hassan said in a statement that hundreds of miscreants suddenly stormed and broke the gate of Radio Pakistan Peshawar and entered inside and wreaked havoc in the newsroom and various sections.
PTI miscreants had attacked Radio Pakistan yesterday as well. Attacked again today, vandalized, staff tortured and set on fire.
Miscreants set fire to Chagai Memorial and Radio Auditorium
Lagadi Records and other materials were destroyed by arson in various sections.
Vehicles parked in the building of Radio Pakistan were also set on fire. Miscreants looted government equipment including cameras, microphones and other office equipment and devices.
Staff who tried to stop the miscreants were assaulted by the protesters. Women were also tortured.
