A court in Police Lines Islamabad indicted PTI Chairman Imran Khan, who was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), in the Tosha Khana case.
Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar charged Imran Khan in the court established in Police Lines Islamabad.
On this occasion, Imran Khan refused to sign the health and crime documents.
“No case of mine should be brought before the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court”
Arrested Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat has said that Imran Khan has said that his case should not be brought before the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
This was said by Imran Khan’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat while talking to the media.
He says that Imran Khan has told that he has been insulted, he has been subjected to torture after his arrest.
Lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat has also said that it has happened for the first time in the history of Pakistan that police lines have become courts.
