Aftab Poonawalla, who was arrested for the murder of his girlfriend, denied the allegations leveled against him.
According to Indian media report, Aftab Poonawalla was charged today for the murder of Shraddha Walker. A case has been registered against Aftab under the provisions of murder.
Aftab Poonawalla denied the health crime and demanded a full trial in the case. The hearing of the said case was adjourned till June 1.
It should be noted that Aftab Poonawala is accused of killing his girlfriend Shraddha Walker in May last year and keeping the body parts in the refrigerator.
He was arrested in the said case while the police presented a charge sheet containing more than 6,500 pages in the court at the beginning of this year.
Late Shraddha’s father Vikas Walker had requested the court last year to complete the trial in the case and hand over his daughter’s remains to him so that he could perform her last rites.
Vikas Walker also passed away after this request.
