America’s stance on getting cheap fuel from Russia came out.
The spokesperson of the US Department of State has said that they understand the problems of different countries for obtaining cheap fuel.
America says that Russia is not reliable for oil supply.
According to the spokesman, it is hoped that the countries can take advantage to buy Russian oil at a lower price.
