Bollywood’s dashing girl Sonakshi Sinha has revealed that there was a time when she used to say no to every film offer.
In her recent interview with Indian media, Sonakshi Sinha said that there was a time, she was being offered a similar role.
He said that the offer of films at that time was not such that you got excited about the role, that was the reason why I started saying no to films.
Sonakshi Sinha is going to start her streaming career with a bang, playing the role of a female police officer who is on the hunt for a serial killer.
The actress described her role of Dhad as close to real life, the 8-episode show was produced by Reema Kagati and Zoya Akhtar.
The 35-year-old actress added that when I met Zoya Akhtar, I told her that once I was rejecting films because of the sameness of the character, but I would like to do the role of Dhaad.
He said that I immediately gave yes to Zoya, actually this role of a female police officer is very powerful, it is an exciting turning point in my life.
Sonakshi Sinha has done films like Dabangg, Latera, Kalank and Rowdy Rathore during her career. He said that the medium (cinema or OTT) is not a problem for me, I have given yes to the role and not to the platform, that is enough for me to portray the role.
