Bollywood star Arjun Rampal criticized Shah Rukh Khan’s character Om Kapoor in the famous film Om Shanti Om after 15 years.
It should be noted that Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Arjun Rampal played the lead roles in this film released in 2007.
In the first part of the film, Shah Rukh’s character Om is a junior artist while Deepika is a famous actress who secretly marries a famous producer (played by Arjun).
In the same episode, the producer kills Shanti and Om is also killed in the accident. While in the second part (i.e. after rebirth) Om Kapoor is born in the house of a film director.
Talking about the same, Arjun Kapoor said that Shah Rukh Khan’s character Om Kapoor was very annoying, it shows nepotism.
Talking about the current situation regarding nepotism in the film industry, Arjun Rampal said that youths whose family members are part of the film industry have vast opportunities and aspire to be associated with the same profession.
