San Francisco: Google has not only announced its first foldable phone, but also released a video of it.
It’s called the Pixel Fold and will be unveiled at the Google IO conference on May 10, 2023, with two models being made.
However, Google has practically not revealed any details about it. It is most likely that the details will be presented in the press conference. But what can be seen in the teaser video is the external display of the foldable phone. Its opening style is similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold. It has a rear-mounted camera. These are the details that were notified earlier.
Last month, some websites said that the Google Pixel Fold will have a 5.8-inch screen. While unfolded it will become a 7.6 wide tablet. Google Tensor G2Processor can be installed in it. While the weight is 10 ounces and the folding crease (hinge) is optimized. The introductory price can be around 1700 dollars.
It might be announced now, but the sale of the foldable phone could be possible by the end of the year. This is because Google has asked its developers to create apps and graphical interfaces for large-screen phones. By the end of this year, Google will also introduce its new tablet which is named Google Pixel Tablet.
