Lanai Island has 13 unique mansion bungalows, each with its own private beach.

These are built in a special island in the heart of Lagoon Al Ghaf Crystal Lake in an area of ​​one and a half million square meters, the richest personalities of the world are interested in these bungalows.

Real estate business is booming in Dubai these days. During the year 2022, there were 88 thousand 29 deals in Dubai worth 239.64 billion dirhams, which is twice the number of deals in 2021.
